I am a Garifuna woman, Latina, and immigrant. My dream was always to hold a high political position, but after arriving in New Orleans, I began working in the hospitality industry, where I gained extensive experience in frontline roles. Over time, I held positions such as Floor Supervisor, Operations Manager, Staffing Supervisor and Manager, and Executive Housekeeper. During the pandemic, I decided to start my own business and founded Golden Globe Services to help others in the industry. I am capable, honest, direct, hardworking, and always willing to serve. As a multilingual professional with excellent communication skills, I understand the needs of both employees and hotel or hospitality business directors because I have been on both sides of the business. Through my experience and skills, I can help secure the right, ideal staff to meet your needs.

I am a young, professional Garifuna woman, Latina, and bilingual, leading a company that faces great challenges. I am responsible, dedicated, and always striving for excellence in everything I do. I joined as Tesla’s right hand, who, in addition to being the founder and my boss, is also my mother, which makes me doubly committed to both my role and the growth of the company, as well as to the community. I offer our clients a broad perspective and a commitment to connecting and placing the right staff in the right positions. My extensive network of contacts and business management skills allow me to meet these objectives effectively.
